Circular low friction pad which permits the seated user to swivel easily, and accommodate themselves in different positions. Intended to assist the user in getting into or out of the bed or a car, with or without the assistance of another person. The cushion is available in 3 different diameters and is lightweight and portable so it can be moved easily and utilized in different situations. The top surface is made of a polyester velour which offers very little friction to promote ease of movement, and to reduce the force necessary to change positon. This minimizes stress and strain on the users back, hips and knees as they swivel around. The underside is made of nylon with a polyurethane coating which grips the surface underneath so the cushion does not slide off the seat or bed. The pad is of a durable and long lasting construction which can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Cushion diameter – 40, 45 or 50 cm. Suitable for users up to 150 kg.
